I just rented one of their climate controlled units and now adding another unit to the rental agreement. The prices are great, the service and attention to details even better! I had the pleasure to meet with Phil who is the property manager as well as Pete the district manager. In this confusing industry of storage rental unit… I promise you, national storage will be your first and only stop necessary. They treat you like family. And if you’re wondering, I’m not related✌??

Staff is great!!Had an issue where I lost my key to my lock and the process to get it off was reasonable and easy! Just had to let staff know on premises that I was getting it cut off or picked, and go from there. The security of your stuff is important to them and appreciate the location. Though we chose to close our unit down, which that was an easy process, we’d definitely get another unit there if needed in future
