We were up in the U.P. from Illinois for the 4th week. We have camp in Republic. We brought a truck load of garbage to the dump in Negaunee and my truck broke down. Luckily Fox GMC was right down the road. They got the parts we needed quickly and fixed my truck. Everyone their was very nice and helpful.

We came from around Duluth, Minnesota to buy our third vehicle for Fox Negaunee. When I was in the market for a truck, I tried my hardest to find a good deal closer to home. We looked all over northern Wisconsin, northern Minnesota and even around the Twin Cities for a good deal and Fox Negaunee, once again, had everyone else beat! Shandon Reed helped us out for the third time and was always quick to respond to my messages and calls. Brenda and Shandon did a great job securing a great deal for us on the truck and making sure all of our paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. We were in and out in less than an hour. All around great crew and service without the pushy mentallity that we have experienced while looking at other car dealerships. Overall, we have had nothing but great experiences with Fox Negaunee! Thank you again Shandon and Brenda!

This has been the best experience purchasing a new car. Dan took great care of us. We walked in knowing the car we wanted and drove away in that car in just a few days. Extremely happy with the service I received and the respect I was shown through the process at Fox Negaunee. Garry, Jon, Dan, and the finance department guy were all awesome to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate a busy schedule and making a special trip to the dealership at 9pm to finish signing documents!!!!

I was extremely happy with my experience buying a new vehicle. Josh has been fantastic - he was helpful, respectful, listened to my requests, wasn't pushy, and once I had my car picked out he kept me in the loop with updates. I cannot recommend him and your dealership enough and will be sharing with friends. A breath of fresh air in the car buying experience AND I really like the car I bought.

WOW. What a dealership. We had a transmission failure while on vacation. Shawn was very honest and told me they we very busy and probably couldn't get to it today. I found a campground nearby and they handed me keys to a loaner to pull it over there. They gave my wife a loaner so she could do laundry. Then the next morning I got a text that my truck was done...in warranty!. What a great dealer and great workers.
