It's a great deal for the unlimited monthly wash. However the way they do the billing is horrible every month it changes days. Some of the staff are not that friendly.

It was an ok visit, have to ask everytime to have person that pulls u in to spray bugs on windshield and front end. They will not do anything unless u beg them. They Don't spray wheels and tires / wheel wells , atleast they haven't on mine. I bought the unlimited car wash so last time i went thru twice .Everyone wants money but do not want to work for it. When it was firehouse car wash it was the Best!

Paid $24.00 for a car wash that left water spots on my truck and left dirt on my tailgate. Not pleased at all. I will not waste my money on this again.

I am writing this review for Andrew from Mister Car wash. Today at 10/9/24 around 10 am I pulled into the car wash and they had no water in the water hose on one side of the car wash. Andrew used the hose from the opposite side and pre wash my entire car. He then asked me to rolled down my windows and explained to me why he could not spray down the under carriage of my car on the drivers side because of the water problem. To the cooperate members of Mister car wash… this is the kind of employees that keep your customers coming back. This guy is a very hard worker and an exemplary employee. He is management material. Please recognize his hard work and efforts. If I had my own car wash this guy would be my top tier employee. Keep up the good work Andrew!!

I’ve been using the unlimited car wash service at Mr. Car Wash for about two months, and overall, it does a solid job of keeping my car clean. The wash is thorough, although it occasionally misses the back window. Fortunately, the unlimited plan allows you to just drive through again if needed. This particular location is older, but the car wash equipment itself is new and upgraded, so the results are generally good. The only downside is the smell—sometimes the water has a strong odor, like rotten eggs or old dogs. They might be reusing the water, or there could be another issue, but it’s definitely unpleasant. Other than that, it’s a convenient service that mostly delivers on what it promises.

Staff was nice. Vacuums were not powerful. Drove 5 minutes down the street and you couldn’t tell the car had been through a wash at all. Bug marks, bird poop etc all still on the car. Dryer didn’t get the water off the car at all. Bring back firehouse.

Every time I come to this car wash there's three people standing out at the booth and one person at the car wash and they never power wash your vehicle. I drive a truck and it gets dirty around the running board and they never wash them. I used to live in Greenville and that is such a better car wash. Both of Mount pleasant ones suck

Andrew is always doing such a good job. He always sprays down my vehicle. I only want to use this car wash because I know I am getting the best results because he is there doing a great job.

Andrew is by far the best worker they have there. He is always doing his best to make sure my car is looking as clean as it can when I leave. He sprays down my wheel wells down and always has a smile when pulling my car forward. 10/10 for him.

The lady didn’t guide me into the rack and scratched the heck out of the inside of my wheel, plus the brushes beat the crap out of the truck. No dents or dings but it definitely didn’t sound good. Scratch is minor too but it definitely doesn’t inspire confidence when using the service. I’ll probably just use a power washer and soap from now on.

Expensive for a car wash. Used to be 50 cents when I started driving. Did not completely clean outside of my truck. Sides look good front and tail dirty after wash.
