Move in process was super simple, they even included a lock! Definitely some of the lowest pricing in mount pleasant for self storage! They reached out to make sure my move in was smooth and have been nothing but kind when I’ve been in contact with them.

The units are easy to get to, clean, and secure. Free lock was a big bonus, and the price is better than any others I could find. Definitely no complaints here.

Easy access. Clean units. They provide locks. The rental process was easy. Completed all online. I appreciated that they checked in with me to see that everything went well with my move in and the size of the unit.

It was so easy to rent the unit we wanted online, even on a Sunday. The instructions on how to access the unit were perfect and it even included the lock. The unit was very clean and easy to get to when we moved our stuff in. The office was very welcoming and has touched base to make sure we haven't had any issues.

This was my 3rd place that I tried getting a unit from. A1 made it the easiest and quickest set up I have ever delt with.
After getting online and making my first payment. I received all instructions and receipts within 5 minutes. I will recommend this to anyone I know looking for a storage unit.

Terrible experience. Rented a unit online and it was locked with no access whatsoever when we arrived. Reached out to customer service and no one would resolve the issue in a timely manner. Would not recommend.

We have been using the storage unit for 7 around years and part of the reason we stay is because there doesn't seem to be flooding issues. The property is on raised land next to a big field with a lot of drainage .They swapped owners over the past year and the rates went up.During the transition, there was a mouse infestation and a lot of our stuff was covered in rodent feces (Spring 2022). Snow was also not shovelled away from the doors properly that winter, and the melting snow flooded in and a lot of our stuff ended up damaged and mildewedWe are going to chalk it up to the management transition and hope that we don't have the same issues going forward, as it was not a problem AT ALL before this year.Despite the one bad Spring we had, I still recommend this unit highly.
