I have lived here in town for 13 years now and have had great experiences and some not so great ones over the years but after today I must sum them all up, today I had a package that was put into the wrong mailbox ( apartments ) and I called the main office and was met with a very friendly and helpful staff, yes it does get busy there but it is the only PO here after all. Anyways they were able to help me get my package and I am very pleased with this interaction and thank all for their help!

HORRIBLE MAIL DELIVERY PEOPLE, MY MAIL ALWAYS GOING TO WRONG ADDRESS, IM CONSTANTLY GETTING OTHER PEOPLE IMPORTANT MAIL, ITS A REALLY BIG PROBLEM THATS A CONSTANT PROBLEM THAT NEEDS ADDRESSING AND FIXED. IDENTITY THEFT IS REAL WHEN NEIGHBORS ARE RECEIVING YOUR PERSONAL CHECKS, YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION. MT MORRIS POSTAL SERVICE IS TRASH IF THEY STAY OFF THE PHONE WHILE DELIVERING MAYBE THEY CAN PUT MAIL IN CORRECT BOX.

called to make sure they were open said till noon, got there at 1138,doors were locked. im guessing someone wanted to leave earlier, very inconvenient if i called ahead to make sure they were open

Incompetent and unprofessional should be the sign on the door. If something goes wrong, I assure you, it's the customers fault. Cindy the postmaster appears to have been trained in the Soviet Union.

When I have to go in the lady working is always super nice. Not sure how many employees they have but even when there is a line out the first door they don’t have anyone else come up to help move the line. My mail person is pretty awesome

Wife and I needed a replacement mailbox key for our apartment so we went to the post office. Paid and was told it would be a week til we get it. It's been 2 almost 3 weeks now. Kept calling and going up there to see what was taking so long but keep getting the run around and B.S. excuses.
