I am still waiting on my packages yet and every time i get a e-mail stating my update on my packages or it show's the delivery date but yet its late like what the heck is going on guys like come on ?

They are very coutious and helpful. Every time I have a problem with how to package something they not only made practical suggestions but went out of their way to assist me. Keep up the great customer service!

Today Vicki spoke with me on the phone for an extended amount of time. She was simply wonderful. Some issues with a package of mine but she did everything she could to give me the information I needed, and she was insanely friendly. Reassured me that I can check in anytime with them. Her amazing customer service was an excellent and appreciated start to my day. This isn’t the first time they’ve assisted me with an issue politely and quickly. That post office should hang out to Vicki and that woman deserves top pay!

Tried to prepay for an envelope so the person I was sending it to wouldn’t have to pay to return it to me. Couldn’t seem to get the worker to understand that I wanted to pay for shipping on both end. Seriously!!!

I ship hundreds of things off of eBay, and twice now in the past few months using this location, I've lost two packages through this post office. When I drop off my prepaid packages, even if I get a receipt, it shows it was never received on the USPS tracking end. How can I miraculously disappear and never leave the post office unless an employee is stealing them?!! I've never had this problem with any other post office.

WORST POST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Horrible customer service. The lady with almost white-blonde curly hair is extremely slow, extremely rude,and sits at her desk when someone comes in to drop something off without acknowledging them or asking if they need help. I don't have a problem with the postal carriers, but the people who work in the office are horrible at their job.
