Cashiers are nice but the pharmacy moves at a snails pace some times. I called in a prescription and went to pick them up 8 hours later and still had to wait. Mind you this was an extreme example but still ridiculous.

Every time... Why have prescriptions delivered electronically if it takes over an hour for your business to receive it? It's not 1994. Every single time I have something sent to WALGREENS, it's delayed. This is the place where customer service comes to die. Walgreens, seriously we live 9 miles away and it's not fun to have to wait around with sick kids in the car or spend an extra 30 min driving back because your business process is broken. Please address this.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. They said they couldn't fill my prescription because the customer(me), and the doctor are too far away. I told her that I just recently moved to Monroe down the street. She put me on hold and then told me "your doctor is too far away." My doctor is 40 minutes from this location. I just called all around the place trying to find my medication. She told me they had it in stock before this conversation. Now they are DENYING me my medication for some unknown reason. Just because they feel like it. "My doctor is too far" is a LIE. You can't honestly tell me that ALL your customers have doctor's within 35 minutes of here. That's a lie. I feel betrayed. I feel lied To. I get to go through medication withdrawal, and all I'll be thinking is how walgreens screwed me over SO bad... for no reason at all!

Showed up at 7:02 am, Google says they open at 7 and the door sign says 7. I needed pain reliever waited for 3 minutes. I saw a employee, she looked at me, looked away and then looked at me again, she fixed a shelf and walked away. I then knocked on the door and no one showed up. So I guess I'm driving across town to go to the Walgreens that is ACTUALLY open.

It's great except the registers need to be upgraded for OTC and FSA products. The majority of the staff are very pleasant. However, there's a couple that I steer clear from. Very rude.

They don't clean the restrooms here. I'm in town working at the fair. Stopped here three days in a row to use the restroom before heading to the fair, the SAME pile of toilet paper hasn't moved since sunday, and today is tuesday.Thats gross walgreens!

Angie in the beauty department was so helpful with my mom and I! From telling us the affect of the products she used to even shade matching me because I couldn’t decide on a foundation. Ended up saving so much with the great deals and help of Angie!

I walked into the bathroom and I almost puked everywhere. The smell of urine was so pungent I had to run out of that bathroom As a side note there was also no paper towels it was and the drinking fountain didn't work

Very nice employees. Only thing difficult at times is a store issue, not an employee or service issue. It is the horrible speaker at drive thru for pharmacy.
