Don't try the shop.
Came in for a simple PM in the afternoon where I was told it would be 1.5hrs before they could get to me, got a call three hours later saying it'll be a couple hours before they could get me in. Never got another call.
I called again early the next day to try again and was told it would be 35-45 minutes.. been two hours and I haven't heard anything. Not the first time this TA has done this but it will be the last time they do it to me. This nonsense kept me from getting home to my family a day earlier, which I was fine with if I could get my PM done but all they did was waste my time. It's an oil change.. give me a stall and I'll do it myself in 20 minutes. You're lucky I don't just drop the oil all over your parking lot.
Couple other side notes:
The showers aren't wiped down between people and the washcloths and towels smell disgusting.
Prices for the retail store are exorbitant.

Like other people say about The Truck shop carry work somewhere else unless you have alot of time to kill. Appointment doesn't mean much at the shop and one Truck at a time is all you see in shop I have seen Trucks in the past 5hrs go in but still can't get to you on time they said earlier today. Good worker's are hard to find these days. And that is everywhere these days... Whatever happened to wanting to do a good job even Above and beyond what you would expect.. Ha Guess all that is in the past... They maybe short of help like a lot of places...Giving them the benefit of doubt ....

Tim Hortons doesn't accept gift cards n such. Fazolies has never been the same since it moved. The TA's own workers told us not to eat the Chicken... less expensive just about anything if you go to a different gas station on that exit.

We've, (BEZO TRANSPORTATION LLC soon name change to GAMBIT,) Been Comin' Here 3yrs and countin'.
Seen a lot of employees come and go in Service Dept. What hasn't changed, however, needed change. Was movin':
Ms. Ashley to top tier position SHOP MANAGER. She's straight forward, no cut or additives. She gets it done, always.
Technician: "Michael" hands down I recommend to any driver to work on their truck(s). He went over ours like a fine tooth comb.
This isn't takin' away from the other(s) technicians who are more than qualified. I still see some of the same faces are still here with a few new additions That says somethin'! Solid Squad??.
While out and about throughout the country. We deal with TA's more than most of their competitors who suck.
To the Other TA's:
Get your weight up! They've and will continue to raise the bar here, TA Monroe Michigan. They're On Point. Like a Score Board. Ready to Score on any play.??????✊??
I know some may, or may not outrank in their respective titles. But it's all good here.?

My water pump on my kw went out on Saturday mechanic Michael and his assistant help me get the truck into a bay .they got a new pump and had me out of there in 5 hours awesome job .the manager on duty she was super efficient . I never write reviews but I felt they deserve it .

One of the quieter TAs I've been too. Which I love it. Professional workers. The unpaid parking is in the back. Wasn't full when I shut down late.
