This review is in a series of reviews where I call out businesses for practices that border on elder abuse. My 70+ year old father recently asked for a printed copy of his bank statement, for which he was charged $10. I realize that certain banks have policies, on paper, where there is a fee for certain services, but never in my life have I been charged for a statement, even if that was policy. Literally 100% of the time banks waive fees for small services like this. Only a sleazy teller or manager would charge a senior citizen, or anyone really, for this. In his advanced age, he didn’t know to ask for the fee to be waived, and it speaks volumes to the caliber of person working at this location. Poor treatment, especially a customer of 40+ years. Extremely disappointed. Incident on 1/12/24.

Matthew was unbelievably helpful!! I work until 6 and have very little time in my lunch break, not only did he fix all of the issues I was having, he called customer service for me in a timely manner, and was very kind.
