It’s your typical box store. My only complaint is that they don’t have experience staff working on their compartments. Every time I go to shop there is never someone, in the trade, that you can ask a question for help. I’m not talking about help finding something located in the store but help on what and if what you’re buying is what you need.
Lowe’s has all the items you’ll need like the other two box lumber stores but just lacks the experience side, unlike the others.

Ne careful having them install things. They install products that don't work correctly. Then stall u until the warranty is over. Then say sorry about your luck. After spending several thouof dollars

Absolutely the worst customer service. Sherryl the women on the phone rushed me, paying little heed to my inquires and even had the audacity to say "Okay the phone is ringing and I have to go." Without providing any help or even giving me accurate information about anything I had asked. Very rude encounter. If this is their standard of customer service I wouldn't bother even shopping here.

I was planning on leaving a 2 star review, but Mason in lumber really saved you on this one.
I placed a $1600 order for lumber on April 29th and paid extra to have it delivered the following Saturday, May 4th. I received a call a few days later and was asked to reschedule my delivery for May 6th. They said the weather was looking poor and odds are I wouldn’t be working in the rain anyways. I agreed, I wouldn't be doing that work in the rain. I checked the weather later that day and if it was going to rain, it would only rain for an hour or two. I called Lowes to ask if I could just pick the material up as the weather was not looking that bad and I did already agree to reschedule the delivery. They said they would let me know… So, no call back on me picking up my material or a clear answer if I should just show up, I wait to hear from them. 4 Days later, the day my material was rescheduled to be delivered, they called, but only to tell me that my delivery for that day would have to be rescheduled for unknown reasons. Now I’ve burned a weekend and put off another day(s).
I expressed my frustration and told them to leave the material there, I will come get it. So, I load up my trailer (After working my normal 8-5) and head down to their store, but only to find my order is short/missing material. Not the end of the world as Mason made it his absolute priority to get my order corrected, but still frustrating to say the least. How was my order going to be delivered in the first place if the order wasn’t completed?? (Now a week since the order was placed and no communication with the employees via phone)
I genuinely had a much different interaction with the people when I was at the store. I truly did get treated very well and was pleased at the level of concern their employees had for the situation. One more thing to add – Mason wouldn’t just fulfill my missing items; he went to the back to get a new bundle of 2x6’s because he felt the ones on the floor were not adequate to give to me. He knew my patience were probably running thin at this point but I really did appreciate the extra effort.
Update: just got the screws that were delivered. Back to a 2

Customer Service At This Store Is Absolutely Ridiculous!! I Went In Yesterday.. Not 1 Person Would Help Me, Instead They Kept Sending Me To The 1 Associate Working That Section, Whom Was Extremely Busy. The People I Had Asked For Help Were Just Standing Around Chit Chatting!! I Ended Up Walking Out.
