Had a prescription sent here and showed up 2 hrs later. Was told to wait because it wasn't taken care of. 2 hrs and 15 minutes later I had half of my prescriptions and was told to come back tomorrow. Fast forward three hours and I'm getting a call saying they can't fulfill the prescription and I need to call around and that no one else would be able to fulfill it. Called Walgreens and they helped when this operated pharmacy could not.
Edit* these spiteful people have refused to transfer my prescription that I desperately needed. I waited 3 hours before going to where it was suppose to be transferred and it wasn't. I called hometown pathetic back and they said they would send it. I asked how long would it take and they said 20 minutes. I went back to the other pharmacy 30 minutes later and it wasn't even sent.

So I called corporate on this place for how the manager or pharmacist treated ME. And now I called today to see when my boyfriend's mom to see when she could get one of her scripts filled and the same guy answered and again he was RUDE,MEAN, ARROGANT,COCKY,THOUGHT HE WAS BETTER THEN EVERYONE. He told me "we are no longer filling that here anymore" VERY COCKY all because I CALLED ON THEM. so now she has to find a different place to get her prescriptions filled. And that is the closest place that her house this is WHY I AM LEAVING A HORRIFIC REVIEW. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I called them a few weeks ago to ask about a specific medication. I was told by a female who answered the phone that my medicine was in the system for 2 weeks and nobody filled it and didn't know why and didn't feel it until I called them and asked about it. Just called them today about another medication and about the situation that happened last time and completely got the runaround. The man tried to say he didn't understand my question regarding to why my prescription wasn't filled for 2 weeks. I am definitely switching pharmacies now because there was no excuse to what they did. How are you not going to answer a very important and valid question regarding my medication on why you did not fill it out even though it was in your system? This was disgusting. As a pharmacy, disgusting.

My family’s on a fixed income and can barely afford the $1 delivery fee they have and than they go and change it to $5 for a delivery fee and my parents are diabetics and need their medications and insulin to live and because of the delivery fee increased we are struggling to even get their medication and insulin and whatever else they need.

Says that they are an orthopedic area too and do splints and casts and Orthopedic stuff and they do not that is false advertisement! do not go here if you need any type of equipment! cuz they also do not Bill your insurance and something doesn't sound right about that!
