“I filled a prescription for the 1st time and forget to tell the pharmicist this. When they realized their and my mistake the young lady with red hair tracked me through the store. While struggling to protect someone's privacy she found me and I was able to get my prescription filled. I was very sick, came in an hour before closing and they did everything to help me.”
“I was so happy to travel a hour and a half for the outstanding prices available to me. Just one Prescription I saved $220.00. Their prices for prescriptions are far cheaper then I can get in Tawas, MI. The rest of the stores merchandise was reasonably priced also. Plus the employees were so sweet. And were so quick to fill my prescription order. I will go back .”

She checked, said that they just received it (electronically), but could probably have it ready in 10 minutes. I don't think it was even two full minutes! “Wow! Covid 19 has a positive. Senior shopping at 7am MWF(oh so early but worth getting up). Stocked shelves over the weekend, great signage to keep traffic flowing (one way marked in the floor) and a PSA that says please to not congregate ( I have always wondered why people needed to have meetings in the middle of the grocery lanes. In summary I hope Kroger continues with this service long after we have gone back to "normal". This should be the new normal at Kroger.”

“Had an amazing experience in this store Friday! The new store manager went above and beyond for me in helping me get my issue solved in pharmacy when I was very rudely sent away from the other local Walgreens after being said they didn’t have time to help me. Then again in photo, great customer service! There was also a young man who was helping me at the register and made my experience even more pleasant and the overall experience I received at this location saved Walgreens from losing a customer. Thank you to Jessica, Bryson, and the entire pharmacy staff who’s named I didn’t get. It’s wonderful to see how much this store has changed and everyone is so much happier just in the last couple months! Great job Walgreens making some much needed changes to personnel and the management in this store! Will be coming here instead of down then road and will recommend everyone I know to do the same!”
