Their prices for prescriptions are far cheaper then I can get in Tawas, MI. The rest of the stores merchandise was reasonably priced also. Plus the employees were so sweet. I have been searching high and low for one toy and it happened that there was in stock in Midland. So I called this morning and spoke with Aaron in the toy department. He searched and enlisted others to look for it and they FOUND it!! He put it at the customer service desk with a hold for my mom to pick up. He made one little boy's Christmas wish come true. “I had a GREAT experience with the pharmacy today. I drove straight there from Urgent Care (3minute drive). At the window I said that I would be shocked if you had my rx ready already. She checked, said that they just received it (electronically), but could probably have it ready in 10 minutes. I don't think it was even two full minutes! Great/fast service and this was NOT an emergency drug that I needed.”
“I have been a customer of Verizon for around 20 years now. Never had a problem but my phone and services originated in Saginaw at the time because there were no Verizon stores here in Midland. I am stunned that there are so many negative reviews on the Midland store but I am really not that surprised. My guess is there is a high turnover of floor staff so the people in the store really do not care as they are in-between waiting for a better job to come up. I must also concede that I have had less than stellar experience with this store. I fault the district manager for not being on top of this and I would think Verison Corporate would be quickly engaged in getting this store on the right path. My experience with this particular store is not as bad as the others listed but enough so that I could only give a 4 star rating. Buyer beware.”
