Dishonest and deceitful charging practices.
Details: My family bought two hula hoops from a giant bin labeled "Clearance: $2.50" (shown in picture). When we got home, we saw that Walmart had charged us $17 for the two of them.
The next day, we went back and explained the error. However, Customer Service refused to correct the pricing, even when I showed them a picture of their clearance bin with the hula hoops displayed. First they suspected that the picture was from another store. Then they tried to say that the giant $2.50 price did not apply to all items in the bin. They also suggested that maybe kids had put the hula hoops in the bin. (For those of you with kids: do you think they would end up packed that neatly?)
It's weird to try to cheat a customer out of a few bucks with your clearance bin; it's bizarre to then double down when your error is explained. The money is trivial, but dishonesty is never trivial.

This Walmart now locks up a ton of common products, literally now employees in site you have to walk up to customer service at from of the store then go wait for them to page someone back to get it. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If your going to lock up common product like health supplies then they should have an attendant ready in the aisle to assist you.

They don’t carry an ounce of healthy food. There’s no fruits or veggies of any kind. No fresh meat. Just frozen garbage and processed sugar. Not the reasoning for my post, but a major red flag as a “grocery store”. The real reason of my post is to take note of their lack of pet area. You mean to tell me you can’t carry one bag or cat or dog food? No cat litter? No treats? An absolute joke of a “business”. More like a trash front for the government to poison the American people. Fat lazy employees who waddle around the front, and would rather scroll on their phones than interact with a frustrated guest who can’t find what they needed. I’ll never be back. Also I’m glad you get stolen from. With “customer service” going the way you believe it should be, there’s no wonder your business is failing.
