Bought sheets. Problem finding sale info from mailer. Salesperson went out of her way to find it. They were not in stocks, but I was assured they would be delivered within 5 days. Delivery info was perfect. Great experience.

My wife and I went to the sleep number store in okemous. We are very happy with the staff. We had all 3 kids with us. The staff member was very patient with the kids and loved having them there. We told them what we were looking at to buy and was showed to the bed immediately. I loved how they did not try to up sale. Very pleased with the service. The best service I have got in a long time. Thank you

My boyfriend and I visited the store for the first time and had a terrible experience so we decided not to purchase a bed that day even though we loved them. We believe in second chances so we went back a few days later and Lindsay helped us out. Needless to say, we bought a bed. Lindsay did a phenomenal job explaining everything sleep number had to offer. She was never pushy. Answered all of our questioned professionally.

I cannot give even one star! Bed is nothing more than a glorified air mattress!!!! So uncomfortable and caused back pain and sleepless night! Salesman never once said the base was not returnable! Reassured that we had 100 days to try the bed out and for any reason was unhappy we could return it for a refund. It is my own fault I did not read the fine print when signing the purchase agreement which stated only the mattress is returnable! Do not waste your money!!!
