DO NOT USE!!!! This has been the most unreliable service I have ever had. I work from home and the stress that this internet provider has caused is unmatched. My expectation is not perfection but consistency. Customer service is often dismissive and unapologetic for the constant inconvenience.

My internet was down last night. So I called them to see what the problem was. They sent an employee out to fix my issue. They came over immediately. Not even 5 minutes later they arrived. The employee that was sent is named Missy. She was super friendly the whole time. She made me feel at ease about my issue. It wasn't long at all and she got my internet up and running again. Switched out my router too for a better working one. I am Soo impressed with how quick she came and fixed it. Also how polite and professional she was. I offered her a chair to sit on and a drink and she declined. I could see that she was worried about fixing my issue and that means a lot to me.. thank You Missy!! Your a great worker! ???

Internet speed is okay, goes in and out all the time. But CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst. I swear I have never dealt with more arrogant and stuck up individuals…Every time I call!!! Doesn’t matter who I talk to, always the same tone. Never helpful, never willing to help resolve issues at all!!! What is that point of saying “ Call if you have any issues?” If you’re just going to treat your customers like dirt when they call ??

I've had FIBERNET since 2019 and the only outage I've ever had were scheduled maintenance that are always in the middle of the night to provide convenience to users, and they always let you know about ahead of time, it's been great. I needed to move my modem in order to accommodate a new home office and Missy went above and beyond today to help me get it situated so I wouldn't have cords all over (which based on the location of where I needed to get it, I had expected to have cords all over and figured I'd work that out later). But she was so resourceful in helping, was quick, on time, personable, friendly, and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this company and service! Highly recommend to all. Not to mention the price is great, can't beat that!

Internet stopped working we called Monday rgt @ 8 and they got right here fixed it was super fast and professional. Wouldn’t go to another internet provider

Installation technicians were excellent and even went out of their way to install where existing line was. Both technicians were sincerely helpful and friendly.

I called the service desk at about 8:30 am on a Monday because my connection was down. They promised to send a technician by 9:30 am. He arrived at 9:00, discovered that an animal chewed the cord outside, replaced it, verified that the connection worked, and was gone BEFORE the 9:30 scheduled appointment.How often does that happen?Thank you!

Remote connections, streaming, downloading, they are all at great speeds and quality. Not sure how anyone could complain about this place after using ANY other internet companies in the area. When I trace any connection issues to their source, it's never been from Marshall FiberNet but from where FiberNet is getting THEIR pings from. I have been very pleasantly surprised with how well they do what they do. I very much appreciated the man that came to install also. He was SO helpful AND knowledgeable. Also, my internet has not been shut off at all, had it on since before Corona, and no claims of DDOS attacks or the like either.. so idk what that review is on about...*shrug*

I will have to revisit this post if something changes. As of right now though the upload and download speeds are great but the service continues to go down, A LOT! The line the company gives is, "they are getting DDOS attacks and have talked with their upstream provider". I understand that this and other attacks on a network happen but they give no timeline to stopping them and it continues to happen regularly. So it boils down to this, you can have the best speeds ever but what is the point if it does work?

Had the service for almost a year, couldn't be happier. Previously had AT&T as well as Wow, they are no comparison to FiberNet.
