“I walked in the door this morning, was asked what I needed, and was directed to the appropriate aisle. I then walked down to the aisle where a gentleman set aside what he was working on and asked what I was looking for. He then pulled what I needed from the respective drawers, bagged and tagged the items, and I headed back to the counter where I was able to check out immediately. I think the entire shopping trip was five minutes....maybe less thus allowing me to get back to my project in rapid order.The crew here quite simply defines customer service and easily earns their five star rating each and every time my wife and I stop in.
