Ordered critically needed show cases on August 7th, product arrived in Marshall, MI on August 11th. When I talked to a scheduling Woman there on August 15th all you receive is excuses about some other company that filed bankruptcy. I spent many years in transportation and if you can't handle additional business effectively you don't accept it. Their person in Marshall hung up on me. This is an incompetent company! I wish we could provide negative ratings this would be negative 5 stars!

Estes the company is a good company...but word to the wise if you want to work there the terminal manager is unqualified to run the place. They can't keep drivers there thus assclown treats oeople like dirt..and Estes keeps this moran there

I received notification that my delivery would be 5 days ago, when order said delivery wouldn't be for 23 days from this day! Explained that no one would be available, to reschedule for Friday. Was informed they are closed Fridays. Received notification that delivery would be 9am-11am. Driver shows up EARLY! When it's convenient for them! Driver asked me to help unload the pallet, as it's overweight or heavy! Perhaps they need to hire drivers that can do their jobs! He told me he was going to leave the pallet in my driveway, I explained that wasn't going to work for me, as we use our driveway. What a disaster! I called to complain to the company and was basically told, "well, that's the best we can do!"

Great LTL carrier, they have improved their customer service. They promptly response to my pickup request. Dispatch team informs in advance when they will not make it on time for a pickup.
