Had wonderful customer service both times I was in the store. First time to pick up some paint chips, second visit was to purchase paint. Both times had extremely nice sale associates help me. I don’t usually leave reviews but they deserve it. That’s how pleased I was with their service.

I ordered online through this store and currently side pickup. The staff were awesome! Professional, quick and helpful. Highly recommend! It is easy to pick colors online and type. Drove right up to door and they quickly put the paint inside thr vehicle. So effortless.

If we could have left NO stars, TRUST AND BELIEVE we would have! We totally get that due to covid companies are hurting for employees, but when do you sacrifice your company's reputation for desperation? We're so tired of the whole covid excuse. It's not an excuse for ignorance or unprofessionalism. Answering the phone hello, not paying attention to someone articulating exactly what they need in a professional manner and saying um, um, um is unacceptable. Then, when you call the employee out on it, not rudely but matter of factly and then get hung up on? Really? Won't ever be giving that store any of our business. Not open at 11:30 on a Sunday like the hours posted on the door say as well as the hours on the google listing say, very annoying. I would’ve went to a different location if I knew they were closed.

A lot of paint color options and very friendly service. Paint supplies cost are reasonable, but Paint is not cheap. It's about $60-$65 a gallon. I decided to give it a try since most paint brands out there do not perform that well. I can't wait to start painting to see how it looks and how many coats it takes to cover well. I will update my review after I'm done painting.

All Sherwin Williams paint is expensive but they have plenty of sales. I love how well the manager at this location mixed a stain for us to match our new cabinets! Service is always attentive.
