Hello, I paid almost $600 for a 8 day stay for work. I came all the way from Atlanta and the experience was horrible from the beginning. First day there and our toilet wouldn’t flesh, staff then told us the didn’t have maintenance and we can come downstairs and get the plunger and try to fix it ourselves. We then asked for a room change and the told us it would be 7!days before they could accommodate that, and they wouldn’t be comp at all for the inconvenience. On top of that the lied to the company we work for who our room was booked through by telling them we said we were fine. They wouldn’t give us any towels unless we brought our old ones down because the were short on towels. They let our trash sit outside our door for days without gathering. They never asking we needed our room serviced, and our key had to be reset multiple times. To add insult we asked for a late (12pm) check out on our last day, the said the can give us 15 minutes and the would have to charge us $10.75 to stay until 12. We tried to pay and then they still said they couldn’t accommodate.

Had a hard time sleeping in that place bc it was so loud. And my room smelled so badly including the sheets I slept on. I definitely think I shouldn't have to pay for something to rest my head for a night when the room smells so badly. I want my money 100% back because I got sick so badly the next morning with a massive migraine headache.

Manager Rhonda and the entire staff was exceptional.THANK YOU FOR THE HOSPITALITY.Rooms: These Are very spacious and clean. The sleeping was addictive. Most days I did not want to get out of the bed. The pillows was great.Safety: I especially felt safe throughout my two and a half month stay.After a certain time, the doors are locked. You have to use your key to enter the premises.Walkability: There is nearby dining. You can literally walk to it.Noteworthy details: Tis hotel has onsite laundry for you to use at your leisure. The fee is quite economical. I enjoyed it especially.

At check in, the associate was on her cell, video chat with several people. Very loud and unprofessional.Hallway smelt like cat litter.

Teresa night staff agent was difficult and hard to get along with customer service very poor made me pay for 7nights due to only having cash. Checked out within 5days & 8hrs I spoke with Yvette the manager I was not refunded with cash and they still charged me for a 7day stay! This place has drug addicts living there and buying and selling drugs in the parking lot not a pleasant or safe place to stay

Rude management. Lugs nuts got loosened then gas line got tampered with. They don't have surveillance cameras. They didn't want to provide a dish cloth to wash dishes ? even though they didn't orginally put one in our room. Didn't care people was screaming help at 330 a.m. and if you call 911 from your room cops don't come.Would be a nice place if they cleaned better and had better management.Safety: Very poor.

One of the few hotels that allow dogs of any size, and not a crazy pet fee per day. The rooms are outdated but meeted our needs for a short term stay. Check in was a breeze and employee who checked me in was very friendly.

This was our first time staying at an Extended Stay and sad to stay it will be our last at this location . The rooms were clean and are run in a more professional, pleasant and common decency
