I went to the Madison Heights location, and Marci helped me out twice, once for my daughters phone ( end of last year) and just yesterday for mine. She went above and beyond on 2 separate occasions and this is the only location I'll be going to, customer service is top tier!!!

Worst place you can go to. The lady there said she is the district manager and then she said she was the owner. They don’t know right from wrong and they are super rude. I would rather stay with Verizon and pay an extra 120 bucks ever month than to deal with that attitude ever again. She was also rude to the other customer that was before me. Then the other guy was just sitting there not helping a customer but just sitting there looking around. I have called their customer service number and filed a complaint after the so called owner said that she can’t help me anymore. -100/10

I know it’s hard working with my parents because they are the first generation here in America for are family but this one worker Carlos really took his time with them. I usually see the irritation in people face but he seem to have a genuine smile and laughing with them. I’ll come back but most importantly I think my parents will go back without me lol it was kinda corny but he keep mentioning that he is always willing to go the extra smile. I don’t know if that a catch phrase of his but he want you to know.Thanks Carlos if you see this and I want my 14 pro max for my PPP. I got approved for $1800.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE. I wanted to switch my plan from Verizon to Cricket. Every single location I went to (5 total) gave me a big song and dance about how they have absolutely no inventory that Ill have to wait until next year at this time to get a phone. Then they say they open @10, I arrive @10:30 CLOSED. open @11 Arrive back at noon 5 people waiting with 1 worker. Go to another location, tried to call for info phone disconnected went to location, person said "Yea. I guess its kinda messed up" "Im not sure what the problem is" "We dont have anything in stock, " I said well can I see a phone example andvsee how it works or looks? Oops, sorry all our phones need charging they dont work right now.Come on what honestly gives here, stores are going out of business here due to no sales or not enough, and I have to go to 5 different Cricket stores only to be told either go to METRO PCS , I think they have alot of phones, or sorry we have no inventory you'll have to wait until next year. Another annoying fact: The chairs in the place are very high and extremey hard to not only get up on but actually sit on. Im a Senior citizen I cant fet up on those chairs even if I wanted too, then I get oh well, thats all we have youll have to stand until someone can help you.I quit looking, Im eitjer going to wait awhile or go back to Verizon. I dont want to but Crickets customer service SUCKS LEMONS FOR SURE. Most likely I wont go back to Cricket

Tried to cancel the protect plan on one of my phones. Cricket makes it impossible to figure out how to do it on the app. Drove into the store and, hmmm... suddenly his internet is having "problems" and he can't access my account. Funny, nobody else in the complex seems to be having connection problems.

Dude in this store...says he's the owner...is passive agressive. I'm not sure if he's use to customers being argumentative, but that's how he responded to me having questions trying to understand something. Confused as to what happened, how, and why I left the store after being told to have a blessed day twice. Good luck here and don't ask any questions.
