Worst place!!! Do not use this storage service. My mother was hospitalized and fell a payment behind. They will not do anything to work with us to resolve the situation and will not let us access the unit. Bad customer service. They do not care about there customers.

Been looking for a storage unit. Donnell the manager welcoming me nicely and with no rush showed me multiple sized units so I could make a final decision and we made a deal today. They have carts avail to help move your stuff and facility is clean.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Storage units are clean and easy to access. They have carts for you to haul your stuff on. I give four stars because of the false advertisement posted on posters around the facility. In more than one place says “discount for you and your friend” but only the person that referred me actually got a discount. Another one outside that says “first month free” but when I asked about it he kinda beat around it. Seems like both of these should be offered and neither were so that was a little disappointing.. might have chose to go somewhere else that offered their advertised deals because saving a few dollars is always nice but didn’t have time to search around. Otherwise I don’t have anything else bad to say.

The facility staff is SO helpful, the facility is very clean and well maintained. I felt the security was excellent. The availability of online automatic payments is a plus. I've rented here twice and would do so again. I highly recommend using Compass Storage.

Amazing service. I was in and out like my bedroom life. Staff made me feel comfortable and kept me laughing. Definitely would recommend 10/10. I might get another unit just to talk to them again ☺️

Great experience with Compass Self Storage, Madison Heights, MI. thus far. Nice, clean and well kept facility. I was in need of a storage locker due to my mother passing. It was painless and all employees that I interfaced with were knowledgeable and flexible to meet my needs.
