We received a quote via email from sending lots of pictures of our old water heater, which made it super convenient for us to get a quote back from them! They came on time and worked super efficiently and even made our dog feel comfortable :) We'll use them again!

We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen cabinets and into our basement. I was really pleased with CMC plumbing. Dan was honest about our options and what needed to be done vs what was excess. Service was great and I loved the option to text to schedule. Definitely added to our list for any future work.

Dan and Emily are absolutely phenomenal. We had a tragic incident where a feral cat named Nutter Butter got into our basement and ended up in the sump pump pit. Sadly, she lost her life. Dan and Emily were quick to respond and used their camera probe to locate and retrieve her body, showing incredible empathy and professionalism throughout the process. Their dedication and care made a tough situation a little easier to bear. If you need reliable and compassionate plumbing, heating, or cooling services, CMC is the team to call. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Dan and Emily at CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling enough. We recently faced a heartbreaking situation when a feral cat we had TNR’d, Nutter Butter, escaped into our basement and tragically lost her life in our sump pump pit and drain pipes. Dan and Emily showed incredible compassion and professionalism. They promptly came to our aid, using a camera probe to locate Nutter Butter and retrieve her body, allowing us to give her the respect and rest she deserved. Their kindness and expertise during such a difficult time were truly remarkable. If you’re in need of plumbing, heating, or cooling services, look no further than CMC. They are amazing!

I had a great experience with CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They sent a text letting me know they were in route. They arrived on the scheduled day we agreed on. They worked all day, vacuumed when they were done and took away all old materials and boxes. When Dan was done he brought a couple other things to my attention. He didn't need to do that. I appreciate his professionalism and his knowledge. You can hire Dan and know your job will be done right.

Edit: We had CMC out to replace out toilet and bathroom fixtures. We had another excellent experience, as usual. Dan and his team are the best!
CMC an awesome company to work for! They installed a furnace, AC unit and hot water tank at my house. Dan and crew did a great job. Very polite, punctual and explained everything along the way. I couldn't be happier with how the installation went. Hire CMC! You won't be sorry you did. They are fantastic.
