If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The team at Total Home Lending was beyond incredible. They are patient, efficient, and quick to answer any questions in a way it's simple to understand. We felt very cared for, and they worked to make sure we got the best deal as possible. Any issues, and there were hardly any, were solved before we even knew they happened. If we ever buy again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I would recommend Total Home to everyone! Thank you to everyone for helping us get to our forever home, especially Ron and Ashley!

Ron and Ashley with Total Home Lending have been nothing but phenomenal throughout our entire mortgage application process. They were willing to put in the leg work when we had lost quite a bit of hope on trying to get our first home. Not only that, but the entire process was very fast smooth compared to other lenders.
Highly, HIGHLY recommended!
We will be hopefully doing business with them in the future should the need arise, and will definitely send people their way!!

I’ve purchased two houses and refinanced one of them under Rob’s guidance. This is not my area of expertise, so having Rob lead me through the process was extremely valuable. I also value that Rob is an excellent communicator. 10/10!

I would and Do recommend Rob Hankins and his team! Before I became a Real Estate agent we were referred to Rob for a quick unexpected preapproval letter. Not only was Rob extremely responsive...he was responsive on a Holiday! Now, as a Real Estate agent, I refer my clients to Rob and I have received all positive remarks. Rob is not only responsive but he is honest, knowledgeable, patient with new buyers and agents and fun to work with. Alex Ibrahim, who is the branch manager is your go to guy. Calm, cool and collected under pressure. He is prompt in his replies and always answers questions completely and in a way you can truly understand; since this might not be your specialty. His is competent, yet personable, during what can be a stressful process. We close Monday! Yay!
