John helped us when we came in and advised that our car needed a few other things besides the oil change which we were very happy to find out. Also he told us we still had a few free oil changes left which was great to know because that helped to save us some money.

It was upsetting. I brought my car in months ago for an oil change & annual inspection due to a noise I was hearing coming from my car. I thought it may be the brakes & I told them that. Well I was told that it wasn’t my brakes, that I had much brake life left. Fast forward to the sound becoming worst. I make a appt to bring my car in again for the same noise. They kept my car for a week & 1 day. I had to pay Ubers & lifts & give gas $ & a 3day rental to get around. I spent over $500 in 6 days for transportation. Took my car in on a Monday 7:30 am … got my car back the following Tuesday. First I was told that the sound was the cam shaft, then I was told that the sound was the front struts & sway bar. So those things were repaired under the extended warranty. With me paying a $100 deductible. I pick my car up & the SAME SOUND seems like it’s worst. I call back to dealership to let them know that the problem is NOT FIXED!! I was told by my advisor to bring it back again. I did return with the vehicle Thursday
morning was told that the master mechanic would ride with me to hear the noise. The master mechanic took a ride with me & in 10 seconds he heard the sounds ( I barely pulled out the parking lot before he heard what he needed to hear.) We pulled back into the dealership just to be told that the sound is my front rotors & pads!!! & those are not covered under my extended warranty. Now I have to come up with $500 to get my brakes done to eliminate the sound!!! And I can’t afford that right now! I told my advisor I was off work & didn’t start my new job til sept 3.2024. I told them months ago it sounded like my brakes but they said No it’s not your brakes!!! I’m just so frustrated!!! Because it is my brakes !!! After all of the inconvenience… my car is still not fixed & it makes me so angry!!!

Went in for an oil change they took my car in and got it done while sat in the waiting area filled with delicious snacks and coffee when my car was finished it was looking like brand new washed and cleaned Thanks Feldman Chevrolet great customer service great people
