Despite meeting a few friendly staff, the experience overall was horrendous. The so called Accessibility Room was not large enough to accommodate the Electric Power Wheelchair, the bathroom did not have an appropriate shower chair...let alone a shower that allowed for usage of either right or left side.Housecleaning never vacated the trash, nor straightened the room as asked during the 3 day stay there, DESPITE ASKING THE FRONT DESK EACH DAY AND NIGHT DURING THE STAY, while out on Medical Appointments necessary for current health issues.Lastly, there were no alternatives for ex....i do not eat pork and yet pork was served each and everyday. The waffle iron was broken, and when asking for a straw...none were available.This is the worst place ive ever stayed in and will not frequent it again nor suggest it to anyone else.

I gave 4 stars for the clean rooms and friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 was because the mattress was worn on one side and caused me to constantly roll to the edge of the bed. needless to say I didn't get a good nights sleep.

Worst hotel experience ever! So bad that I changed hotels (see pics), ie; blood on the walls, dirty towels sheets, walls falling apart, smell like old blood, dirty carpet., disgusting furniture, door. Accidentally picked the wrong location and I’m glad I came here. She upgraded our room with no extra charge the room is clean and we get to enjoy a jacuzzi thank you for the great service

I'm posting this on behalf of my daughter and son-in-law who stayed at this hotel!"If you like the strong smell of bleach, mixed with a strong overwhelming smell of pot, along with an overwhelming smell of an air freshener to try to cover this up, that lingers through the hallways, then this is the hotel for you. But wait, there is more, when you enter the room that was booked for you, be prepared for many things to be broken and not working within the room, don't unpack just yet, they will need to move you into another room! As you enter the second room, it's déjà vu all over again, things broken and not working properly. You go down to the front desk, and report the condition of the second room of things not working and broken, and what do you get but attitude from the people at the front desk, so they move you into your third room. Wait for it, yes things are broken and not working properly. So at this point, you're extremely tired and worn out, not only from the long drive it took to get here, but the moving of your luggage from room to room. So you again go down to the front desk, and complain, but it falls on deaf ears, from the rude, non-caring employees at this establishment. So again they assign you to room number four, that's right, this is the fourth room that we have been moved to! We get off the elevator, and what do we find, but a large dog roaming the hallway! We enter room number four, and OMG, finally, a room where things are not broken, and everything seems to be working properly! You might be asking yourself at this point, why didn't we find another hotel, and get out of this hell hole, believe me, we tried, but there were no rooms available at the other hotels within the area! No one should have to go through, what we went through. This is by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed at, and the management, and CEO, of the corporate headquarters should be ashamed of themselves to allow this hotel to be ran in this fashion!"Rooms: They would rate this at 0 stars!

My son and I stayed for three nights - everyone that worked there was exceptional! The staff was pleasant, helpful, and always friendly. Hot breakfast and fresh coffee available every morning.The rooms need a little love and attention in terms of updating, but it was obvious that the staff works very hard and they are working on repairs.Location was convenient and the price was right!

The rooms were clean and the sheets are very soft! We did have a problem with our air conditioner but it was quickly resolved by Desirae who was super nice and helpful.

How this place has a 3.4 star Google review is beside me! Got to our room and what do you know…it’s littered with bed bugs?? jeepers creepers! The worst part is the lady at the front desk wasn’t even surprised by it, acted like it was a daily occurrence. You best believe we left immediately. Them poor front desk workers ought to be wearing a hazmat suit

I had last stayed here 6 years ago and while many hotels have taken the pandemic to refurbish, this place has not been touched at all. Like not even basic repairs. The place is falling apart.There is a trick to opening the doors and the card keys demagnetize easily and need to be reissued regularly. The catch for the overnight latch was broken in two. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and had spots of mold and the panel on the side of the bath had been kicked in at some stage but no one had bothered to even realign it. The mattress in one of the beds was collapsing. The place really is a last resort.I feel sorry for the staff. They were polite and some were friendly but they were clearly sick of guests complaining about issues and management not doing anything about it.If you are on a budget and need a place to stay, it’ll do, but if you have options, take them.

Clean, comfortable room. Few amenities, fitting the price point. 5 stars to the night staff, who jumped up from their break 3 times to help us all get in the building. We will stay again when traveling.

Room was 99% clean, there was a crushed spider on the wall but everything else was tidy. No bed bugs anywhere, everything was wiped down, and the jet tub was clean. However, we were a little confused on how to turn on the jet tub but the maintenance guy explained that you have to gently touch the "Swirl-Way" emblem once the tubs full for it to work. The parking lot is in desperate need of work but for the price we paid, we're more than satisfied. I do wish the rooms at least had a mini fridge in it though.Rooms: Clean but could use a little more basic amenities (fridge, microwave, netlfix/hulu availability)Nearby activities: Olive Garden across the parking lot is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is set back on a side drive way. They had to find us a remote for the tv, the coffee w pot was still full of water on the inside, do when I went to move the coffee pot I spilled moldy water everywhere. I cleaned it up. The beds are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Great breakfast. Everything was hot and the place was clean

We needed a place to stay after going on 3 days without power. This was one of the few places that had availability and was also pet friendly. As soon as we walked in the room we were overwhelmed with the smell of mildew. The walls were very dirty and there were water spots on the ceiling. One of the bedsheets had a bloodstain and I found hair on both beds. The carpet felt moist. You could see crumbs on the chair. We left within 10 minutes to go sleep in our own home without power because it was a better option than this disgusting hotel.

I gave it a two-star because it wasn't 100% awful. The breakfast was decent in the morning and the Wi-Fi works. I was initially in one room and that was the one with the chair and ottoman with stains all over them, the dirt or whatever it was on the bed table and the torn bed sheets. I didn't get pictures but there was also urine on the floor and the carpet and room was so filthy that when I got out of bed and walked in to take a shower my feet were black.I ended up having to stay in town for a couple more days and they switched me to another room. Because I was going to be here for a couple of days. I wanted to get some stuff so I don't have to go out all the time, but there's no microwave or refrigerator in the new room. The new room has spider webs all over it, a hole in the carpet, and a torn seat on the chair.I guess you have to say when you have a cheap hotel you get clientele that match. Last night there were people letting their kids scream and yell outside until almost midnight. No consideration for any of the guests who might be trying to get some sleep. It was pretty obvious the night before the guys were outside, smoking and drinking because it got a little crazy. If I have to come to town again I'll spend the extra money and stay someplace else.

Where do I start.. There’s couches filling the entire lobby area, that’s the first red flag. The moment we walk into our room it’s wreaks of B.O. and weed. It was missing a smoke alarm, which is very illegal. They over charged my card and there was water drops still in the bathtub. When I tell you go anywhere but here, I promise you the low price is not worth it. Ended up going to a different hotel after being there for 10 minutes. The staff was nice though and very helpful with canceling the reservation and very apologetic.
