Needed urgent muffler care and remembered passing by this place. I could not be happier with the decision to bring my car there. The owner came out and greeted me and got my car in right away. I’ve had two of my vehicles serviced here and I have no need to go to any other mechanic. They provide top quality work at a fair price and their customer service is second to none. Absolutely recommend! New ownership within the last 7months has completely changed this location for the better.

This is by far the best mechanic shop! I took my car in and they treated it like their own. I had took my car to mechanics in the past and they would just jump into conclusion and tell me that I need my whole transmission replaced. I brought my car here and it was successfully repaired. They found that my caliper was leaking and needed to replaced, trans mount needed to be replaced and other pretty cool stuff. Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle and there is a huge difference with how it drives now. If I could rate these guys a 20 I would?

So I hit THE monster pothole on dix after turning right off Champagne. Tire blew! Thankfully I found myself rolling right into We Care Auto! It was 15 minutes after close and they were still more than happy to help me! Left them my key and first thing in the morning he called and said I need a rim too. Not surprised. That pothole made me apologize out loud to my car. They made sure to find me the best deal and had me back up by 11! Thank you guys! Super nice! And so so helpful and honest! I WILL be back for any service I may need!

Hands down the best shop we’ve been to. They say they’re gonna do something and they do it. Not a super long wait like everywhere else and they really look out for you there. Mike is awesome and continues to help me and my family with our vehicles. Love this shop!

If you're looking for a transparent and reasonable mechanic, this is the place. Mike, the owner, is a rock solid guy, and his mechanics are top notch. Got my 2003 Durango driving great. Amazing service, I couldn’t get far from my house due to my car sit. Not having a tire and not being able to find a rim my original plan was to fix it myself. But, die to the fact I couldn’t find what I needed I had to reach out for help. And the owner had went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of the same day even though he had to drive to another shop to get my tire! I feel like finding anyone to truly listen and take the time out of their day/work to help is hard to find.Service: Auto tire replacement

This is THE auto shop downriver to go toI had to get my resonator replaced, I'd gone a few places for quotes, and just decided to get a quote from here, and the cost was half of the highest quote I had received from other places, without me even mentioning having gotten other quotes, Mike (the owner, unless I'm mistaken) was the friendliest mechanic/business owner I've met, he was more than happy to tell me exactly what needed to be done, and show me the work in a "I take pride in the work we do" way, which I really appreciated as despite them being busy when I got the work done, Mike made sure to keep me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle, when it should be done, as well as if I was comfortable in the awesome waiting area with super cozy couches and a large TV coffee water etc... Not to mention being close to both Southfield and Dix if you get hungry waiting there is a slider place next door, a McDonald's across the street and a few other places within walking distance to eat at if you do wait and don't just drop your vehicle offAfter an hour and a half wait, now my vehicle is actually quieter than when I first bought itThis is the first time I've been to an auto shop that I want to go back to, which speaks volumes as in 30 years in the area I've never found another place I'd want to go back to until nowThis will now be my go to Auto shop, I couldn't recommend anywhere else to go to, even if you're hesitant, it's worth the time to stop in and at least get a quoteAll in all great experience, the cost was below what I was expecting as being fare, and there really is a pride in the work they do, and are not hesitant in the least to tell you to come back if you have any issuesMike even recommended a place to get a battery that had batteries that would fit within the budget I was looking to spend, and from seeing interactions with other customers if there's something he can't do he knows exactly where to recommend.He could have just tried to talk me into having them replace the battery, and leaving my vehicle overnight, but instead he put my budgetary constraints into consideration in recommending where I could get a battery within my price range.He really does put customer first, which is not something *any* other auto shop I've been to has done... Good guy/owner, good employees that take pride in their work, and put customer considerations first, need anything more need to be said? He really didn't just want me out the door, he wanted me to leave satisfied with the repair to my vehicle and even make sure my other problem(old/dead) battery would be solved, even if I wasn't buying it from themSeriously it's important enough to be said again, this is the type of auto shop you want to go to, they really care about your problems being solved even if they don't do it there.
