First time coming was told car will be ready give 5 hours, 5 hours goes by they call saying they need to keep it because the heat is beating them up , I'm a single father I got PTSD and bi polar getting told I have to wait set up my PTSD and bipolar it's not good I don't like to get like that. I really thought I had a good place to get my car worked on .im not happy missing work too,struts and lower control arm 950 dollars no discount at all.not happy at all 7-17-2024.
He lied to me about my car getting done today so yeah I'm pissed off he started up my PTSD and bipolar. His fault don't lie to me. Trust I trusted your word .smh

Poor service went to get breaks and they ruin my calibers to charge me more money. I will not recommend this shop to no one. Owner is a rip off.

I was an hour into a road trip when my transmission just didn't feel like it anymore. These guys had me back on the road in a matter of hours. I can't sing their praises enough. They did a great job, and they did it fast.

2014 Escape Transmission went out and service Dealer said 3 months to get transmission this company had it done in 5 Days. Some other transmission place would not even touch my car. And others were all more expensive.Service: Transmission

Quoted me $3600 to rebuild my transmission. Told me my transmission was an "Expensive" transmission to rebuild. I rebuilt the same transmission for a friend, 2 years prior. Cost me under $500 in rebuild kit, fluids AND a NEW torque converter!! This place is a complete rip-off!!

The first time I went he claimed he didn’t see that I brought my own oil and I left it in the driver seat just to charge me for his cheap oil. Now he just ruined my 600 new custom Alternator and then told me he doesn’t usually do those jobs after he took the money for the job. The owner is so dishonest, he truly shouldn’t be in business. Does the bare minimum for repair, but charges top $$$ knowing the customer has no way of knowing what repairs were made.
