Went to the facility today. My unit is locked but my account has been paid in full. 10:30am and no manager onsite and no one is answering the phones. Very disappointing.
Update - manager called and I'm all set now. Thanks.

I am very pleased with this facility. It’s clean and well taken care of. Prices are a little high but I am willing to pay that because the staff at this location. They are great ! I think it was Dan and George who helped me. They went above and beyond. I will recommend prestige storage .

My first interaction was with Jan out of the Washington office. She was very sweet and helpful. George soon came on board and immediately I was pleasantly surprised with how the office came together. He spent weeks getting the offices cleaned and organized and the grounds cleaned up. He is always available and courteous when I call. He has even helped tenants in need move in/ out. Dan started a while back and has continued with the ongoing improvements of the facilities and answers any questions I have had quickly. I appreciate the staff for being professional and helpful. I feel safer with George and Dan taking such good care of our units.

The cost has risen 3 times in the past 8 months, One time was insurance, and I have my own.

Prestige Storage has been great to work with, we needed a storage location for our "stuff" while we build our dream garage. Almost done, but the place is so handy to keep the clutter out of the garage also.

They changed the gate code and I need access. Can't get in touch with a person and the online chat says there isn't a location at the zip code the unit is in. New ownership is obviously not customer oriented. If you are going to change codes they need to let people know.

We have a unit in Leonard. Our rent was always due the 10th of the month. We mailed our check may 5th. They lied and said they never received the check, demanded an immediate debit card payment. Then on June 1st, just happened to deposit our check that was "lost!" So we paid a full rent of 180$ for only 20 days of storage in May. Just criminal.
