Me and my wife Been staying here for a year and it’s been great and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and when we needed maintenance done it didn’t take long at all for them to come out and fix the problem. Maintenance ppl are nice and also dawn is amazing too, great at communicating when needed.

It really sucks to live in here. They are really strict on what you do in your yard and to your house.
