Store 7092 Your cashier Morgan Ray made an error. I was called back to the station after leaving telling me I forgot to pay. Untrue statement. I returned and had my receipt and amount paid indicated on account with my bank card. She parlayed to the manager Donnielle to whom which made me pay again, this time I had to pay in cash as the balance of my card was not enough now that they took the monies from me already. The manager stated the first amount would be returned to the card, it has not as of now. You removed the funds instantly, why not return them instantly? Poor business ethics. What if I did not have another 20 dollars available, what then? Why was I made to pay again regardless of the proof i paid prior? If nothing more a multi billion dollar company withheld 20.00 dollars long enough for it to probably pay them hundreds if not thousands in earnings or interest where I just had to wait until tomorrow to eat and feed my dog. thanks so much for your great service #murphypoorservice #murphyusa ~regards
