If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this shop was beyond disappointing. The salesperson, Paul, refused to sell me a part simply because I purchased my bike elsewhere. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he even made my friend cry with his harsh treatment. The store itself is dirty and unorganized, with nothing on display—everything requires a call just to get information. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.

This place is lazy, they don’t communicate unless it’s taking your money the first time. I have been trying to get them to give me a copy of my Bill of Sale for almost a year with absolutely NOTHING. No returned phone calls, no following up with my County Title office. Do your job.
You keep the records off site, COOL. Go pull my file, send the paperwork to the Title office that called you requesting the same document. DO SOMETHING. You took my 8 grand, and won’t lift a finger to find a bill of sale. There are much more difficult tasks than sending a copy of paperwork.

Very helpful on how to replace my O2 sensor on my Rancher 420. Also recommended changing the spark plug at the same time. Parts were in stock too. Good call!

Don't worry, my bike won't be back to see you ever again. Nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Paid to have someone tell me what I already knew was wrong with my bike, bad battery. They don't sell batteries here, so they charged the battery (and charged me $110) and said good luck getting it home. It died 4 times on the way home.. allllll of this to find that you didn't diagnose it further to discover the real problem which is why it came to you in the first place, because it was chewing up batteries. Yeah, me.. a girl, figured it out myself. Charging system issue. Thanks for nothing! Jerks.Edited to reply to your reply: Maybe if you keep better records you'd reply with accurate information. I've never purchased a starter from you, you've got me confused with someone else.Additionally, posted a picture of my bike to REMIND YOU who I am. Since you don't even seem to have records for my bike. Which explains why you charged me for nothing, because you did nothing. Signs of a great shop right here folks... ?.Edited again to add... I stand corrected. You charged me $95.30 to charge my battery and nothing more than saying good luck. Chris recommended I get a new battery, new battery in. Bike still dead. I'm looking at a receipt from LAPEER HONDA, tell me again how wrong I am.
