Disappointed they don't carry the plus sizes in stores for bras. Anything past a 38DD is online only. I know it's not the associates fault, it's just disappointing overall.

Came in about half hour to close, experience started off good. After looking for a bit, an employee let me know they close in 15 minutes, I understood and tried to hurry. The same employee approached me again a couple minutes later commenting on products to start conversation and as I walk away says under her breath "cause we close in 10 minutes.." approaches me again probably 2 minutes later, "just let me know when you're ready to check out cause we are about to close.I completely understand that you were almost closed, and was still out of there before close so there was seriously no need for this worker to have this attitude. She's lucky I ignored her rudeness and still purchased the items I wanted. Victoria secret has a pretty bad reputation as it is, they should at least make sure their employees know what good customer service is.

I came in and had a horrible experience with the manager. This one manager was completely rude to the associates, the poor associates have to put up with the degrading and verbal abuse given to them by one specific manager. Everyone was super helpful but this one manager was absolutely horrible and made me super uncomfortable and feel horrible for the people who work at that store. If i could give zero stars, trust me i would.

So today my elderly mother was feeling very very under the weather. She asked the few sales people (gathered around talking to each other) if she could have a seat some place. They curtly said no. She found a group of benches with sale merch on them so she was able to move some of these and have a seat for a moment. It was 91 degrees today and she just wanted a second to sit down. She was shopping with us for her granddaughters clothing and spent quite a bit (despite the bad service). We spend thousands a year here and for the "sales people" to not lift a finger to help is ridiculous!!! I am sorry we caused the "sales people" to stop the conversation so they could ring us up for one second. Will no longer shop at this location.

I just have to say going to Victoria Secret has always been a hit or miss from me. But today Deja (I apologize I don’t know how to spell her name correctly) hit it out of the ball park. Easily the best experience I’ve had and I’m an angel card holder so trust me when I say I go A LOT. She was so kind, helpful, and patient. We had an exchange, issue with shipping and etc and she was so kind and patient throughout the whole thing! Wherever she goes in life I know she’s going places truly an amazing worker and the best personality I’ve seen working in customer service! I doubt she’ll see this but thank you again so much for helping my mom and I!

I love the size of the store and selection, but the perfume section is almost non existing. I also feel like because I'm a plus size person that the staff sometimes doesn't want to help me. I never have that problem at the okemos location, just this one.

Great customer service! It’s hard to find that nowadays. Lily, Payton and Victoria are awesome! They were polite, attentive and went out of their way to help me with several things. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

While I love the fact the started carrying more sizes, it would be nice if they at least had a few in store of the larger sizes (38G) so that you can at least try how they fit before committing to ordering online.
