Staffed by one person at a time who can change the hours / close / take a break whenever they want. Hours are printed on paper and taped to the window like something out of Mayberry. For a location that's a few miles from the state capitol it's pretty sad.

Never heard of such a place, but I tried it since I was mapped here and I was very surprised at the friendly service from Ms. Deborah? I believe. I will be coming here more often and it's right by the freeway. Not having to get out was awesome, I didn't mind waiting in my car, I had everything ready when I got to the window. The stamp collection for purchase was wonderful! I wanted them all! I didn't give stars due to it being two weeks since I dropped off my package and it still has not been processed as being dropped off/returned so I'm a little worried about that part. I will call the company tomorrow...other than that I love it! Just don't go during lunch or break, I think you'll have to wait until they reopen...

Don’t waste your time coming here. They are never open when they actually say they are, go on random “breaks” which you can’t be in the parking lot for, and have the rudest staff I’ve ever interacted with.
