We hired the Plant Professionals to do a major clean up at my home. The work was supposed to be completed in two phases, with an estimate and contract provided for the first phase only. The team completed and charged me for both phases. Also, a large healthy hemlock was removed when we explicitly asked for it not to be touched in our contract. I reached out about these concerns several times, but did not hear back. I was hoping that this would be a long term relationship, but communication with the team was not good after the initial consult and the work didn't reflect what we agreed on.

I love the Plant Professionals. I have been buying my plants and flowers from them for over 10 years. They have a fabulous facility and they have beautiful flower arrangements. They also decorate with green foliage and flowers in businesses and for events. The owner is so informative as well. I just told them to make something up for a friend who lost her son and she knew just what to do!

Absolutely amazing! I called for a flower order. The customer service was amazing and provided me with several options that met my budget. This is the only place I'll be ordering flowers from for Lansing area. 5 stars!

Kathy Valentine and her entire team at the Plant Professionals are exactly that PROS! They have amazing creativity, customer service, and really care about their clients! I highly recommend the Plant Professionals for all you floral or plant needs! They also do holiday decorating!
