The lady's at the front desk where very helpful with my needs.. for the most part it is good. What they don't tell u is that when it rain it is possible for ur stuff to get wet. Now I have to throw away alot of my belongings because with it sitting in there it got mold all on alot of my stuff. Not very happy at all.. suppose to be safe not destroyed... ugh
