This is the first month of me dealing with this company as they took over for Red Dot, I got online to register my account and make my first payment through them apparently right did not have the correct information on my account the incorrect unit number, etc. so there was no units linked to my account. It stated I had moved out June 24. Anyone could imagine I panicked had no clue where my belongings would have went and moved 2 1/2 hours from the storage location. The staff was amazing. Amy drove to the location I rent from confirm that the unit number Brad had on my account was empty and took pictures sent them to my email. I was able to inform her that was not my storage unit described where mine was located. Amy then inform me upon them taking over my unit did not have anI was able to inform her that was not my storage unit described where mine was located. Amy then inform me upon them taking over my unit did not have a lock on it. Well, I’m still unsure who and why my block was removed. She was able to describe the belongings I had at the very front of my unit and was enough to put a new lock on it so that I did not have to make that drive. Amy and her manager were SO very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you all so much for all your help!
