They have the friendliest employees working for them ?, I always enjoy going in there to grab a cappuccino in the ?. I just wish your Holt store would carry the cappuccino machine ☹️, they used to before the ?. Always enjoy the store on Cavanaugh and Pennsylvania Store, kudos to the outstanding manager, managing your store ?.

Staff is not attentive to criminals and robbery suspects. I had to flee after an encounter recently.

This place is continuously a problem. I'm pretty regular in there and the employees always seem to have an attitude regardless of what time of day it is. They are also incapable of accepting a 100 dollar bill. The only place in Lansing that I have this issue. Absolutely rediculous.
