I became a customer about 3weeks ago because Puff Puff tobacco is the only shop in the area that I know of that carries the North Vision vapes. I will say that the staff is very friendly and the prices are decent. Unfortunately, with my last experience I will probably not be returning. I had bought 3 vapes on Monday. The one I opened today was defective. I called and asked if they did exchanges for defective vapes. She asked me what the problem was, I told her that the flavor didn't taste right and that it was hard to hit and told her what brand it was. She said yes I could exchange it. I drive to the shop to exchange it and I am then told that they don't think they can do that. They contact their manager and he said no. Very disappointed that I was told yes over the phone and drove there for nothing. I didn't ask for my money back, I just wanted a vape that worked.

I visited to request something, but they lied to me. The woman said she'd texted the owner and told me to return in two days. However, when I returned, she had lied. Others said the owner hadn't been contacted. They promised to inform the owner and asked me to return in two weeks, only to lie to me again when I did. The experience was very disappointing.
