We owned Lexus vehicles for years and always had service at Lexus dealerships. A service advisor, Alexis McCaffrey, is a kind person who promptly and pleasantly greets my wife and I when we have our vehicle serviced. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable about the service. It is also obvious that she cares about customer satisfaction. Alexis is the kind of employee that provides Serra Lexus Lansing with a great reputation.

We had no appointment but the service department and Chase were able to work us in. We waited less than 90 minutes and service was excellent.

Myself and my family really enjoyed our visit to your show room —- Matt Stephens greeted us and engaged us in a pleasant conversation - talking about cars in general and focusing on Lexus products in particular.
My son was reading a lot on these topics for the last few days as he is zeroing on his dream car. My son and I were both fascinated with Matt’s ability to capture our undivided attention.
We were given a chance test drive ES300h — needless to say that we all loved the ride — and ended up signing on the dotted line soon after—-Matt went out of his way to accommodate our needs( external/ internal color scheme that was important to my spouse)
I have to say that purchasing ES300h is one of the most pleasant car buying experience that I ever had anywhere.— Thank you, Matt Stephens.
We also enjoyed our interaction with other staff members ( John K. , Cooper etc)

Helpful, friendly, organized. It was fun to work with Nick Parks on such a huge purchase - - he put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable. I appreciate him suggesting a low-mileage 2023 vehicle. Very frustrating. I was told an oil change was 1-1/2 hours and I was there almost three hours before they were done and they never did vacuum or wash my car.
