Very easy. Place a label on the package and dropped it off at Walgreens where it was scanned, and I guess handled. Easy peasy!!!

Awful experience. This Company cares more about the bottom line than the community. I have called to complain about delivery issues and drivers driving like maniacs on residential streets only to be given the runaround every time. They do not care about anything other than delivering more packages, faster to make more money. My driver repeatedly leaves packages that are close to my address but not mine. Guess he assumes I will finish his job for him. I don't get paid and he gets overpaid.Too bad they reward their drivers on false performance since it is almost impossible to share feedback.

the lady at the counter was trying to help me with a printing project and once someone else came into the store she LEFT ME to go help that next person, while I still needed help and we were in the middle of my visit! Mind you - there were TWO OTHER employees working there who would have helped the next person in line. YOU DO NOT LEAVE A CUSTOMER TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER UNTIL YOU ARE DONE. That's like being in line at the drive-thru and they take the car's order behind you and serve them first without making your food. the staff at this store are also untrained when it comes to using the fedex website for print projects and were no help. you'd think they would know how to use their own site? sounds like bad management training.-10/10 for this location and the idiots who work there.

Had to drop off a package to ship, the store was well staffed and the staff were attentive. It seriously took like 3 minutes. No problems! Surprised with how much other stuff they sold, it was like a mini office store in there.

I went to this location... To have a fragile item packed and shipped for me... They absolutely refuse to pack and ship my item to me... They refused because they did not trust themselves. Now if they don't trust themselves how can they make anyone else trust them? I even went so far as to tell them how I wanted it shipped. They refused... due to lack of self-confidence. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy to send a hair clipping across the street. How are you in the shipping business if you can't ship glass? Highly disappointed and will never use this business again!!

Other than helping people move, mailing packages to Canada is my least favorite activity. Paul at FedEx made it so quick and easy that I will never send anything to our overly friendly neighbor to the north any other way.
