Walked in , an older gentleman and a short girl were complaining about their bosses to the customers (myself one of them) like if you don't like the work just go ahead and quit but don't be complaining around and being rude to your customers SMH... ??♂️??♂️

I have purchased my gasoline needs at this station for the last 7 years. It "was" a great place to keep my cars filled up and clean.The car wash was always not working to use my wash pin number before it expired. Some times I would receive a refund, than not receive a refund.It seems for the last 3 plus weeks the pay at the pump feature doesn't accept my rewards and credit card at the pump. I am required to go into the station where the credit card and rewards cards work.So, I now go across the street to a Speedway gas station where I have no problems using my credit card.I have called the "Shell Rewards Card" help number and was informed that both of my cards are active and up to date.The car wash seem to have been repaired.

I asked for a 5 dollar scatch off and ended up with a 20 dollar scratch off. I paid with a 100 and when i pointed out her mistake she told me lottery tickets are not returnable. Ps. I lost.

This Shell car wash is one of few in the Lansing area that is touch free. I prefer touch free because it doesn't rub and slap my car. My mirrors don't fold in. I have lost one before. You will not damage your car that way with touch free
