Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The process was very smooth and done in a timely manner. Ask for Claire she was especially helpful, I think she ended up grabbing me 3 waters and graciously offered to drive my old car back for me when I decided not to turn it in. She is a rockstar!

I recently gave my step-son my 2010 Mazda 6. The car is old and has 186,000 miles on it. A few years ago the transmission needed to be rebuilt and I have had some issues with it since. After I gave the car to my step-son the transmission would not shift into drive. We had the car towed to Crippen for diagnosis and repair but unfortunately it took quite some time to get the car back on the road. After a few visits to see what progress had been made the Service Manager Steve assured me that they would get to the bottom of the problem as economically as possible. Although it took several weeks Steve delivered on his word and got the car repaired at a very reasonable cost and my family couldn't be happier! Thanks Steve for putting up with me!

I had my front brakes replaced in September of 2023 and they came back noisy with a high pitch squeal. (They did not squeak/squeal before being replaced) I took them back a week or so later and they said nothing was wrong but never fixed the squeal. After having passengers complain about the squeal since September I finally was able to schedule to go get them looked at again on June 17. They said structurally they were sound and cleaned them and put them back on. They charged $159.97 for this service when it should have been done right the first time. The high pitch squeal is gone. I bought two Mazdas from Crippen, but this is the first time I have been disappointed in their service department.
Update 8/7/24: The brakes are louder than they came in and the phone number provided below I was never able to reach a person. I found a different number to the service manager who never called me back. That's the most disappointing part is the lack of response and the perception they want to make it right, but there is no follow through by Crippen.

We were very impressed with our salesman Andrew Cacchione. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Another salesman Bryan Braman was also very helpful. Brandi DeWitt in financing was great! We love our new Mazda CX70 and will definitely go back to Crippen!
