We have purchased two new vehicles from Crippen and are still very happy with their sales and their service department. Today I had an oil change and tire rotations which took only 30 minutes. I just drove up to the garage bay and they did the rest. Very happy!

Service done in timely manner. Waiting on paper work service person will mail when completed no problem didn’t what to make me wait any longer than I had to appreciate that.

I had an issue today at Crippen Auto. Took my car in for an oil change and my car got stuck up on the hoist for over 4 hours. They had to call in a crew to fix it. Crippen was very concerned and considerate of the situation and bent over backwards to get me to the errands I had to run and take me home. Adam the Service Advisor was extremely apologetic and could not have been kinder. I was relieved I finally got my car back later in the afternoon.

I wouldn’t bring your car here for service unless you enjoy being stonewalled. The service department has not returned a single one of my messages left since July 8th. It seems the only way to get an update is to physically visit the dealership and speak to a service advisor in person or have GM customer service reach out on your behalf. I’ve been waiting two weeks to learn when they expect to receive the windshield that is to going to be installed by their glass vendor. I haven’t been given an estimated delivery date. I haven’t been given any context as to whether there’s a back order on the glass. I don’t know where the windshield is being shipped from. Literally any information and a modicum of customer service would help resolve my concerns, but no one is ever available to speak with me when I call to inquire. I really hoped working with Crippen would be a positive experience, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case.

S/o to Joe and Phil at the body shop! After someone hit my car at work, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with but they made the experience very pleasant. When I dropped it off, Phil went over everything in great detail of what they planned to do to fix it. I called at one point to check the status so I could plan ahead, and Joe was very prompt at getting back to me. Once I was able to pick it up, I figured I’d be able to see a slight discrepancy in the color being the picky person I am, but WOW it’s brand new. I’m so happy with how it turned out. Thank you!!! I also want to add, they went above and beyond and washed my car and shined my tires! Walked up to a shiny “new” vehicle ?
