I went into this location with a bad attitude and left very happy. I was having problems with a metro pcs . I went in to just see what I could do . I told the girl working all that was going on and it was a mess. She helped me out so much. I came back two days later to finish up what I needed to do and get a phone and what not. The manager guy was working and was super up beat and helpful. When I was there a older lady was looking at phone and the way they talked to her and took the time to go over anything and everything was so awesome. These people need a raise because they are the reason I will come back and refer everyone I can tell. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Good Evening,I work at the Dunkin’ donuts right next door and your employee Courtney i believe that was her name came by and was being absolutely rude to me, I’m short staffed and i’m working by myself so my lobby is not open for any customers only drive through. She had banged on my drive through window hard and was being rude to me telling me her order needed to be canceled because our lobby wasn’t open. I explained to her why it wasn’t open and that i can start her order right now. I had finished her drink and handed it to her and ask if she had anything else with her order she specifically said “No” i told her to have a nice day and she threatened me rudely to call corporate on me because i didn’t give her, her food items after she told me all she had was the drink. For someone that works for customer service i think it’s rude to treat anyone that way, i could never be rude to anyone especially after they explained to me that they are by themselves.

I will be contacting corporate. I was lied to by the store manager Molly - told some phone accessories would be absolutely free when in fact they were not. I called left messages , voicemail- tried to reach her to talk about the charges for the items she said was free when that was a total lie- also the iPhone 11 she sold me must not have been new. I just tried to call someone picked up said nothing just held the phone then when I call back - voice mail. I am totally dissatisfied with my experience at this location.

Twice cricket has given my kids number away to someone else then makes us get a new one at a 10$ fee for new sim card rather than the customer that took our number. Why am I the one paying, WE HAD THE NUMBER FIRST.also the hotspot add on was a big reason I am with cricket. I have been told on the messages in the app that my hotspot is pending and that my plan no longer can have hotspot. Cricket your good because you don't charge the same price as the big names. Your signal service is terrible once you leave the city. I go with you for the price alone. Raise the price to the big names then there is zero reason to stay with you.....

Erin went out of her way to help with a replacement screen protector. Unable to find one for my old phone, she suggested liquid protection until I can find a screen protector. Erin told me when I get one to bring it in and they will put it on at no charge. Thanks for making me happy on my first, but not my last visit to Cricket!

When I walked in I was greated with a good hello and a smile. When I decided on a phone Victoria went above and beyond for me. I was switching from apple to Samsung and she walked me through everything. She made sure that I was happy before I left and made sure I knew I could come back if I had any issues. Victoria is the heart and soul of this store and is always willing to help.

This Franchise location does not live up to it's name. It charges you for overprice phone and other accessories on various apps like Letgo which sells user items by individuals and not franchise businesses. They will than will block you on the app for questioning them and their prices or asking for a bargain.
