I was amazed with the quality service my wife and I received at Champion Chrysler of Lansing. Especially from our service advisor Brandon Ruiz and the service technicians. Our/wife 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was service for transmission and AC issues. Brandon had all the confidence in his words when he said it will be done with the best parts and service in a timely manner. He was right! I take comfort knowing that her Pacifica is safe and runs great! "Hakuna Matata" Thanks Brandon and the Champion family.

I bought my 2019 Jeep in October of 2023. Opted for the extended warranty….super glad for that as the transmission went bad and needed to be replaced. Getting the warranty work approved and the parts was a bit of a wait. But wanted to give a shout out to Sorin in the service department. He was in contact with the warranty company, the parts place, and me regularly…..sometimes daily….to do everything he could to push the process.
I’m back in business with a new transmission…..which only cost me the $50 deductible. Thanks Sorin.

A nasty nail found its way into a tire on my Grand Cherokee Loredo while on the way home from a family outing. I drove it directly to the Champion Jeep Service Department where Sorin settled me down and fixed the invading object to get me back on the way home. Sorin was not only caring and courteous, he took the time to answer any questions I had. I will return when necessary and look forward to many years of service when necessary at the Champion Service Dept. J. Haun

The staff that I talked with, Eric, a few lady's at the reception and the lady behind the payment counter, were very kind in helping me with my problem of an old jeep. Good customer service
Update: I just had to get a newer Jeep today (06-15-24) and I can honestly say that they stay are very friendly and wonder people. Todd Greene was the gentleman who helped me today. Josh in the financial section was a wonderful person as well. They both explained things to me in great detail. They left me feeling very good and confident that I made the right decision. They did amazing!
Update- had to get some maintenance done and Gabe was awesome! I'm so grateful to the entire service team. 10/10! They are a great bunch of guys ?

I should have known better and just stayed far away from this place! To be fair, I have to take some blame because I have dealt with them before and didn’t really care for how they operated but thought I’d try again hoping things had changed over the last 13 years… they haven’t. I fully understand that dealers have fees and accept that will be the case. However, this place has got to be the worst I have ever seen in that regard. Went in to look at a vehicle they had listed online for $14,500. Wanted to test drive it and agreed to let them pull my credit if I liked it. They proceeded to pull my credit before I even got in the vehicle, which is exceptionally frustrating. They then stopped when I got the first notification and requested that they wait until I at least look at the vehicle to see if I like it. Following that we test drove it, looked over the carfax and the service report showing what they did. I was not unhappy with that and agreed to proceed with seeing if we could make the numbers work. This was followed up with meeting again the next day because “they got it all approved and set for me” with the financing. Only to make that trip and be presented with a payment option that, nearest I can figure, put the total out the door cost of the vehicle at about $18,850. Keeping in mind this vehicle is listed on their site for $14,500. So the sales tax would be $870 if the price was not adjusted at all. That means they had $3,480 in other fees added to the vehicle. I know, I know there was a new plate and registration, title transfer and a couple other non negotiable things, but those would only amount to a few hundred dollars or so for those. So that’s still at least another $3,000 in additional fees?!?!?! What a joke!! Just be honest list the vehicle for what you want to aim for and let start from there. Don’t wast my time by making it sound like you did me a favor by getting the financing worked out for me. If it was good for me I would have left feeling like I needed to take a shower from the sliminess of this dealership. I’m done with my rant now by saying this, save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY from this place!!

Bought a new Ram in 22, was gifted 4 oil changes due to some options the salesman (Shannon) told me were on the truck and were not after the purchase. Only had used 1 oil change as I live an hour away. Called to schedule another, told the lady I had 3 remaining and she said “Yup we got you”. I drove all the way there, to be told the oil changes had expired. Ok, so you would think they would honor at least the one knowing I drove an hour and because the scheduler told me I was good to go. Did not do anything just said sorry not sorry and oh she is just the scheduler. Even if they honored the one or part of it, they still would have only got 2 out of the 4 oil changes for me and came out ahead. Guess this is the great service you get when you buy a brand new truck from Champion. Way to go! Won’t be back or recommend.

I would like to thank Shannon at Champion Jeep Dodge in Lansing. He made this experience for me nothing short of excellent he went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted not only did I get what I wanted. It’s brand New, no previous owners this car is absolutely beautiful as I told him in person. If I know anybody that will be looking for a car in the future, I would definitely be referring them to this facility and ask for Shannon cause I know he’ll give you the same customer experience that he gave me, it’s 10 out of 10 for me. You want a new car go to Champion Jeep Dodge Lansing.

Awesome staff & Amazing technician's, obviously with each of their own knowledge separately, but then taking to conference with one another to obtain solution's for us the customer to receive the very best outcome is top tier in their industry. Chris was my tech' this go around for I've been there probably five times in two weeks, but Chris went beyond for me, thank you. And I don't have all the names of every tech' involved each time but thank you to all of you as well, Manager's there ask Chris and Sorin whom was all involved in my visit's and please give my thanx and knuckle bumps! Sorin has been there for me each time, phone call, text so once again thank you and to all service advisor's sitting in & around the vehicle drop off port where Sorin's desk sits, including the young woman with her desk way off by itself, I do thank you for the pleasant conversation and hello's and good-bye's!! Giving 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt since everyone makes mistakes. Had an appointment today to look over a used Jeep. They knew I was coming for that car and car alone. By the time I travelled over an hour to look at it, they said they had sold it that afternoon without any communication in advance. Not a good look.

I was traveling from Ohio to Holland, and needed some help after I hit a traffic cone that was laying in the expressway and a piece of plastic under my bumper was dragging under my van. I showed up at this service facility (the first I found after the incident) desperate for help, and two of the men agreed to help me asap. I’m pretty sure they worked on my vehicle over their lunch break. They removed the part that was dragging under my van, stowed it in my van, gave me some advice, and sent me on my way. I am so grateful for their kindness! Thank you!!

I got my car back from service regarding a po3030 even though I just bought the car. I get it out of service and now my transmission is not functioning “ SERV 4WD”
“SERVICE ESC” and I cannot turn or switch gears without loud clonking/grinding. I brought my car in to get fixed just for it to come out in a worse condition. I don’t even know what to do anymore.
