Tried reaching this company for 3 weeks. No call back, no answer. It's amazing how terrible people run their companies. I would NEVER recommend a company that takes this long to respond.

I had an extremely unusual request in that the letter “R” came off from the Predator logo in the front of my gaming monitor. Mark was able to understand my request and send me the small front part of the monitor which had the logo for me to replace. Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my request.

Must be the worst place to do business with. NEVER pick up a phine, they ask you to leave a message, dine that five times asking them to call me, they never do, they have zero interest in helping a potential customer. Acer needs to find much much better supply house for their service needs. ridiculous. I think all the five star reviews they received must be fake posted by employees.

I had extreme problems buying my power supply and laptop chord from this company. They sent the shipment incorrectly, and refused to believe me when I told them there was postage due. They were overcharged and the shipment was not sent to me in they way they had a receipt for. I have lost considerable work hours due to this, and am at risk of loosing a project because I am still waiting for it to be resolved. The woman helping me, even after telling her that I had a receipt from the usps, said her company paid usps twice the cost of the shipment (why they didn't verify this cost for them selves before paying it is beyond me) If you sell something it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the customer receives the product they paid for, in the shipping fashion they paid for, in the time they paid for. From now on I am buying aftermarket parts. It was not worth my time or my money to do business with capital data.

Sent incorrect charging cable, then blamed ME for the mistake. Charging money to replace now. Horrible company. The reviews are true, do not do business here.

The man there is professional, courteous, upbeat, and positive; you will like him. Not sure why that mix didn't add up for success, but no.I went there to get an estimate on data recovery for a hard drive, and when the call came back it was for like something typical, total, like $15-250 dollars or something, which was a LOT of money for me. I agreed though, as these were just estimates. Much time was taken and passed, and phone calls in, on my own accord, but nothing.Finally, I received the call back that the total was $850 dollars. And, I was like, ..."..for what? Data recovery and or data recovery to a whole new, portable hard drive doesn't even amount to half of that; so, what happened?" I was told that the unit had to be fixed, which was not requested, and it was sent out to California, which was more money.I could not pay at the new price to even get my unit back, but never forgot, and yes, the man was still cool about it, as I scrambled for a credit card of some sort to start to make payments or something.I went back in three times, over time, to check back with the guy, to see if we could start making payments via credit card, and more, to no avail; he was never in anymore, or at least for me, never would return my calls back anymore, and I could not get the unit back either, by paying for it of course, neither.Sadly, for these reasons, I would never return back to this place again, nor recommend it to others.

I had to redownload yelp just so I could leave a review. If you're looking for any updates on whatever dealings you have with this service. Don't. Try. Mark will literally do anything to get off the phone the second he picks up. I have never dealt with such piss poor customer service. 1 of the many times I called and spoke with Mark, he said that he was unsure if my part had arrived. Yet, he would not check the tracking, even admitted that they received some boxes but had not opened them yet. I disputed my charge and took my business elsewhere.
