I live in Grand Rapids, and I found my "new to me" Rav 4 here in Lansing. They picked up a great car from out of state and had a very competitive rate to give me. Ali was my salesman and he helped out with making sure my family members who tried out the car for me were well taken care of. He answered my questions and gave me information I wouldn't have thought to ask. I am very please with the service and friendliness and lack of "used car salesmanship" that turns me away. When I was able to go get the car, I found this business under developed, but don't let this sway your decision. Their service and quality of their cars is better as good if not better than the shiny car dealerships. I love finding gems like this dealership. The process picking up this car and getting through the purchasing paperwork was easy and thorough. I drive away with a full heart knowing I have a car that will take care of me.

Finishing the sale of a gorgeous Buick tomorrow evening and I am ELATED. The car was gorgeous and the owner agreed to meet after hours so I had a chance to check it out, even after a long full day of his first job as a teacher for Lansing schools. Price was fair and car is amazing. Service was friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!It seems like there’s some bad reviews connected to a past owner, but this is a new owner and I could not be happier. I looked at cars all over town for the last 2 weeks before finding something amazing here at Campus Cars on my first try. ✨✨✨

Trust your better judgement and go elsewhere for used vehicles. The process here and the people were not bad to deal with..That being said, its run like a chop shop.I bought a 2009 Ford F-150: exterior of vehicle appeared to be fine given the age of it but after about 3 weeks of having ownership all the issues have started to unfold.Dash lights look like a Christmas tree now-check engine light is on, passenger airbag light, TPMS sensor, rear window and third brake light is leaking water immensely, headliner is soaking wet as it is currently raining.They likely cleared the codes at their shop for a temporary fix in which now they’re all re-populating again and showing back on the dash. I suspect this car was in an accident though they never told me or mentioned anything about it.Rear passenger brake light suddenly stopped working and doesn’t turn on when in reverse either.While standing in the bed of my truck inspecting the rear window my foot busted through the bed which is rusted out beyond belief and to cover up the rusted mess it was poorly sprayed with rhino linerI made it VERY clear with the seller Alex Searcy that this would be a daily driver for me and that I needed a solid running vehicle, I drove from Grand Rapids to Lansing for the sale and now I am left with a problem that I’m going to have to dump at least $3,000 into before I can use this vehicle.Many, MANY SERIOUS ISSUES!!!

Just bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring van. Got a great deal on it. Very happy with it.Alex and Hazem were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. So glad we drove from grand Rapids to see it. Would buy another vehicle from this dealership again.

They will lie and tell you anything they need to to get you to come to the lot. They told me the car was perfect with no accidents. It took me only a glance to see the entire car have been repainted and body lines were way out of shape. Stay away from this place. It is your typical used car lot
