I read great reviews so decided to take an original piece of art to get framed. The owner was very helpful and personable and I left the art with her to be matted and framed and was told it would take about 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I called to see if the art was ready and was told that she was going to do it that weekend. I informed her that my sister was coming to visit the next weekend so was making sure the art would be done. It wasn’t and she did not awnser the phone or call me. I called the weekend after that and was told she still did not have the frame in. I waited 2 more weeks with absolutely no communication from the owner throughout this whole process. I drove to the store and picked up my art and got a full refund. Communication is key! The place is in chaos at the moment but you still must communicate.

I've been in there dozens of times in past year. And I will always find something I've not seen before. A collection of beautiful and unique items from all over the world. And Kathy knows the story behind the artists . Visiting Absolute Gallery, in Old Town, will not only delight your eyeballs, but also warm your heart, hearing her tell a bit of the history of the item you're admiring. It also makes it fun, when giving a gift, to tell them a bit of the gifts history. I recommend Absolute Gallery, in Old Town.Definitely.❤️❤️❤️

This store will wind its way into your heart. The character and warmth of the store will put you in a wonderful mood as you shop through all the amazing inventory. The incredible owner Kathy is full of joy and life and you can't help but smile as you enter her store. I've been coming here for a very long time and I will continue to come here and recommend them. My husband and I actually started our first date right here at the store.

Amazing! I showed up with a number of pieces and random frames from my grandparents’ house. We went through each one choosing the mat colors and frame that would suit the piece. All of the colors were beautiful and unique not to mention, looked much better than I ever would’ve come up with. At this point, I roll in and tell them to do their magic because I trust their ideas more than my own.Also, I couldn’t believe how reasonable the pricing was. I know that sometimes to frame something at Michael’s is $100 and a professional could charge $500. This is not the case at all at Absolute Framing. Seriously, just walk in and they will do the rest.

Kathy was amazing! We brought our ketubah in to be framed and she did an incredible job. She was so knowledgeable and was lovely to work with. I absolutely recommend this shop!

Fantastic service and highly recommended! I needed couple items framed. Kathy has a great eye for finding the perfect matte and frame. Kathy and her employee, whose name I don’t know, are just outstanding and super friendly and knowledgeable. When I picked up my completed project, they saw I had a hand injury since my hand was bandaged up. Kathy was kind enough to carry out my framing to my car. Great selection of items in the store, fun place and great finds!
