“I did not purchase my spa here, but they are who I call to work on it since the other store went out of business. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because they are a bit pricy and have a pretty significant mark up on their parts. That said, they charge (again pricy) a flat fee and then by the hour to come out and work on your spa. So I had them come out, drain my tub, replace the electronics and in turn sell me the valve I needed that has been broken for years. Other hot tub places would sell me "the right" valve and it was always wrong and didn't work. They found the right one in minutes and mailed it to, and didn't try to cheat me. When it came in the mail They told me how to install it (it was easy) and now it works! They parts department is knowledgeable and helps you find the problem. So all in all I am pleased with their services and would recommend them.”
